My ex and I are working on reconciling, we broke up right before the retrograde and are now back together but taking things slow and doing things differently. I'm glad to hear this is a good time to do so...He isn't likely to bolt on me again once Mercury turns direct again is he?

I would take things slow cos retrogrades have the tendency to create illusions and once the retrograde is over the smoke has cleared sort of speak and the flow of things usually pic back up from where they left off before the retrograde. So if yall broke up before the retrograde I would wait until the retrograde is over in Oct and have 'the talk' and see if he's really serious about getting back together. Cos yall could very well get back together now and once the retrograde is over him have a change of heart and revert back to the feelings he had before the retrograde started.

Thats why I'm pulling back from my Cappy right now. Things are going really well and I don't want the retrograde to be whats causing it however things were going great before the retrograde between the 2 of us and I don't want the retrograde to end up having a negative effect when everything was positive before. So I'm holding off until Oct before I proceed to make any decisions regarding our relationship that way I'll know we're the ones really making the decisions and its not being effected by whats going on in the universe.

Thank you COM. Yeah we are taking things very slow but we are back together...it's now ME having fears and him convincing me this can work/asking if I am happy... I would be pretty saddened if he changed back again after the Rx, I think we will just have to take things super slow for now but thats fine with me. All I can really do is not worry about it too much. I think it would be detrimental now to suddenley back track and tell him I can't be back with him right now. One thing is we really are trying to work on the relationship and change the things that led to us having problems before, we were only actually apart for a week...Do you have any tips for surviving this as a couple?

No you don't have to break up as getting back together is favored right now but like you say just take things really slow and don't talk about heavy subjects like feelings and emotions and stuff. Save those talks till after the RX. Right now just have fun and enjoy each others company and save all the serious biz until Oct. When he's trying to get you to talk about emotions etc. just say you're happy yall are back together and you want to just enjoy each other while yall are given things another go and if something starts to bother you, you will talk to him about it but for now lets just enjoy each other.

so i got totally screwed by retrograde! I was on the final day of taking a test to get hired for this new job that i really needed..and i got the time confused that i had to be there and i couldnt take it. Now i look like a no show. and the manager i cant talk to him till monday. I look so bad.. why me? Do u think it will resolve for the best? or is retrograde nothing but bad luck..

Hopefully it will turn out for the best since it was your final day of testing and not your 1st. Retrogrades tend to be more on the bad than good side but its usually just a lot of misunderstandings and communication going on so you just have to be really flexible and patient during this time but I feel good can come out of it if you handle things the right way.

Well the retrograde screwed me yesterday. My phone line and internet was down all day yesterday and the repair people had to come out this morning to get it back up and running. Now I'm afriad to drive anywhere cos the retrograde also effects travel.
